The Altmühlsee - a wonderful lake that invitations you to swim, sail and surf. The Altmühlsee is part of a water regulation system that transfers water from the water-wealthy river system of the Danube catchment space under the European Principal Watershed to the water-poor Regnitz-Essential area.
