Abdominal fat or pot belly can be located in the deeper part of the body unlike the subcutaneous fat that is under the skin. It is very harmful to the body because it causes so many complications such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol level, high blood sugar, insulin resistance syndrome, diabetes and heart diseases.
You should also shift to a healthy diet of fiber foods that consist of wholesome grains, beans, fresh fruits and vegetables. These supply a lot of vitamins and minerals to your body. The fiber supplied by them to the body improves your bowel movement also. Since these foods fill your stomach more quickly, you will not over-eat. If you eat good quantities of these vegetables and fruits before you commence your regular meal, you will not eat much of your meal and hence you can easily lose fat fast. Another advantage is that your body will get all the nourishment it requires through these foods.
